I own a beach-front property in Puerto Rico (recently purchased) that is a prime short-term rental property. I am looking for an investor to team with for a loan for property renovations to make it vacation ready. I have tried with the banks, but without success for various reasons.

Please contact me if you are a serious investor or have a serious lead. Pointing to Preferred Mortgage (or similar) isn't helpful at this point, as I have run down those leads.
