Hi everyone, I'm taking a trip to Tampa the first week of October and hoping to see some 2-4 multifamily properties around the city. I am interested in house hacking down there and looking to get in contact with a few reputable realtors that can show me around and who understand the investor mindset. Any names or companies you could send my way would be much appreciated. Thank you!

There is a seemingly unending amount of regulation that has been applied to federally insured loans since 2008/09. The bank wants to know that this is a $1000 gift and you are free and clear in terms of not having to pay it back. Depending on the program you apply for you will need to have at least 1-5K in an account in order to cover the many closing costs.
