For the designers on here I wanted to share this new show that's based out of Charleston, SC.  Mary Welch is an awesome designer and a damn good human too.  Check out this show tonight during it's premier, as it looks to be a little better than the usual stuff HGTV puts out.

For the folks who are using Quickbooks for Contractors how did you go about learning the job costing function and do you have any tips you can share? My business partner is trying to learn it and it seems pretty involved. Maybe someone would be available to hop on a call to discuss? @Craig Bowen

Hi Andrew.  I'm definitely interested.  I can make the 7am breakfast or either lunch time work.  Thanks for thinking of me.

@Buddy Holmes My wife and I are just up the road from you in Columbia, SC.  We have family down in Mt Pleasant and Johns Island and we visit SSI every year in September as well.  We're looking to purchase a VR in Folly or SSI in the next few years.   I'd love to connect and talk on the phone w/ you about your experiences in both markets.

Congrats on your success!  Can you share some more info on your project manager's setup and how you paid him?  Was his pay based on the a percentage of the profits or did you have another agreement in place with him?

@Stephen Quesinberry Congrats on the BRRR deal! Are you pulling any cash back out during the refi? If so, how are you avoiding any seasoning periods?
