Check out Holton-Wise.  They are out of the Cleveland area.  I am starting my OOS investing with them but not associated with them in anyway.

Do not drop out of school.  Take the advice from Daniel Jackson.  Transfer to a local school then change your manger to business, finance, or accounting.  This will give you a better understand of the numbers if you really want to have a real estate investor career.
