Hi everyone!

I live in Central New Jersey near Trenton and I am interested in investing in residential multi-family rental properties nearby. Can anyone recommend an investor-friendly agent with experience in the central or south NJ areas?

Thanks in advance!

-Matt

@Andrew Kerr thanks for the reply! The taxes are super high here in NJ. Good point on the Vacancy. I think you're right that perhaps it should be higher than 5% being that its a SFR. I definitely went higher on the maintenance and capex intentionally due to the age of the property but depending on what types of renovations would have to be done, they could be lowered. I'm thinking this property to be a no-go for now, but it may have potential as a fix and flip if I look more into it. I greatly appreciate your input. Thanks Andrew!

Hi!

I'm completely new to these calculators and may be overly cautious with my cost estimates since I don't currently have any experience with BRRRR. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
