Another hint for those that live in the cold, dry air portions of the US this time of year.

Use white vinegar to clean out your humidifier. Just let some sit in the tray with water and it will remove the water deposits. Also, kills any microbe build up.

J Scott, we already know this maneuver from the Saul Alinsky playbook. It's getting old and worn out.

You don't like the message, so you have to shift to ad hominem arguments against the messenger.

What is a false flag?

false flag - "False flag operations are covert operations conducted by governments, corporations, or other organizations, which are designed to deceive the public in such a way that the operations appear as if they are being carried out by other entities. The name is derived from the military concept of flying false colors; that is, flying the flag of a country other than one's own. False flag operations are not limited to war and counter-insurgency operations, and have been used in peace-time; for example, during Italy's strategy of tension."

In other words, a terrost attack setup by covert ops is blamed on an elusive enemy in order to further expand govt, war, military industrial complexes, etc. This is what fascist govts do and is an excellent tool to create dramatic change politically.

I have yet to see evidence that proofs that 9/11 was a black ops operation.

One of our LLCs in is a series. Nothing to radical about them.

You just have to treat EACH LLC series as it's own business. So you'll still have to keep stuff separate and non-intermingled.

I like that he retained Robert Gates as SecDef from the Bush administration.

His choosing of Leon Panetta to head the CIA has surpassed my wildest dreams. Panetta has done an admirable job defending the CIA.

His choice of Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State was a wise choice. She has been a solid spokesman for the US in international affairs. It’s just too bad that Obama’s staff has decided to run matters of State out of the White House and not through the State Department. So, I don’t see Hillary Clinton continuing to have a back seat on international affairs and thus her staying on much longer as the Secretary of State.

Gosh this is an easy one. Come up with your marketing requirements and hand it off to an offshore virtual assistant.

Don't know what I am talking about? Read the book Four Hour Work Week.

Please cite where you heard that the shot is going to be made mandatory? Because, I have heard no such thing. The closest I have heard about the H1N1 shot being mandatory is for some professionals working in the medical field (doctors, nurses, etc. that work in hospitals).

Post: Proactive Rental Unit Maintenance

Last winter we got slammed with a lot of furnace problems with our units. This year we resolved that we were going to do a furance inspection on all of our units in October, so that we can prevent any surprises before winter.

My question, what other preventive maintenance do you landlords do? Since, our handyman will be going around and checking, cleaning and replacing the filter on all of our units, I figured we'd also have look at some additional stuff (example, look for water leaks).

Thanks,
