@Matthew Green: You are off to a great start. There are several ways to get started. Some take money others take lots of time. Which direction are you headed?


 So.. I have 1 property in thinking about doing a split Purchase.. and renovate it and then turn it into a short term hub.. I have 2 other prospected properties that I also wanna turn into hubs.. and I'm starting a property management company to manage the tenants and I'll be marketing the hubs daily..
