I am looking at some areas downtown, Old West End.  There are some areas on the Southside as well, closer to the bypass that I am looking at.  I have considered Anderson as well, but I'm just not as familiar with the area.  Thanks for the tip on the bank!

I am looking to possibly buy and hold in Muncie.  It would not be student rentals necessarily.  Anyone having success in this market?  I know average rents are low, but it seems like a good place to start with lower purchase prices. I lived in Muncie for some time, so I have an idea of the problem areas.
