We are a project management company that works solely with Investors, helping them complete their projects. We focus on creating a solution for investors when it comes to getting their rehabs done. We give our bids at the time of estimate walk through on a detailed line by line sheet of cost with pictures included. This helps investors get offers in quick and know where everything is going on the project. It also helps our investors get their money for the project that much easier. We share this all with them through an online cloud based program. This system allows us to give instant updates to our clients at every step of progress: from subs being paid, to pictures of progress, to comments and notes on potential change orders! All of this helps alleviate miscommunication while creating transparency with the entire project.
We prefer to do bids before the property closes. This helps us get everything lined up so we can essentially get started on the property the day after closing. We handle everything on the project from beginning to end, allowing the investor to focus on getting more deals and building their business much more effectively.
We work in NJ, PA, NY, and DE. We are looking for estimators/sales staff.
