@Michael Valerio They have some places like that in downtown Clearwater which I wouldn't mind getting. Depends how much cash I would have to put in it however.  Can you help me understand what I need to be looking for in those under $50k properties?

So what rule would you recommend we use down here?

I'm looking for a buy a hold. Something to give me a few hundred bucks in passive income a month. Would like it to be in Clearwater but I'll listen to anything located in the Tampa Bay Area. You can PM me on here if you have anything.

@Jeff Copeland Depends if it is just me or with some partners. If it is just me I will try to get a place for $40,000 or under. I can pay for it with cash but I would rather get a loan or some partners.

I live in Clearwater and just bought a home in Oldsmar for my family. I still have a decent amount of money saved up and want to buy some cheap rentals to have some passive income. There are many decent places to rent out in the Pinellas area. I have enough money to maybe get one property but I was hoping other people on here will assist me in some way.
