I am a super newbie (not started yet other than research and obtaining capital) and I am seeing comments that buyers are getting their bids turned down with FHA loans or sellers are preferring bids with a conventional loan over an FHA loan. Why would it matter what kind of loan it is from a sellers pint of view? Thanks in advance!
