Not sure if you have or not, because you didn't specifically reference it but what about broadening your marketing and paying a listing fee to a realtor and having it listed on MLS?

All,

Good to be here.  I have one rental property that I currently own but I am looking to do more.  My intentions are to do a flip in the next 6 months in my own backyard here in Lake County, Illinois.  I am a prior Active Duty Marine Corps Officer that now works in Corporate America.

You could also pay a licensed realtor to list it on MLS for you for a small fee. I suggest the marketplace her, but you can list it on a number of places.
