Hi everyone, we do 100+ deals/yr between Augusta, GA and Columbia, SC. I cannot for the life of me find a closing attorney that can (and is willing to) service both traditional closes as well as creative financing deals. I'm trying to identify companies that do property preservation for institutional investors and/or asset managers.  I feel that those companies would be best to work with for our needs.

Does anyone have any contacts in the property preservation realm?  I own several hundred homes in the Dayton / Columbus area and need help!  I am constantly needing lock changes, trash-outs, etc.  Please let me know if you can recommend anyone.

Happens all the time unfortunately Chris.  Just have to find a way to grind through it.
