Hi Everyone,

I own a 3 family NOO in Connecticut and have been trying to find a bank who will do a equity loan at 75% LTV. Has anyone recently had any success? Or knows of any banks that do this right now?

Hey guys, so far I have learned a lot since being apart of BiggerPockets and appreciate everyone’s feedback. I have spoken to several attorneys in Connecticut, with hopes of finding the proper contracts/agreements needed for wholesaling in this state and have not had much luck. Does anyone know of a attorney that I can reach out to? Or if anyone would be willing to share with me the contracts they use or have used, I would appreciate it very much.

Sorry if this is in the wrong category. As a full time college student, with very limited capital, and two parents who are willing to co-sign for me, does anyone have any advice on how I can go about getting a low interest loan, with a minimal down payment to finance my first rental property? I plan on spending about 100,000 on my first rental property, if anyone has any advice I would appreciate it very much.

@Greg Dickerson

Got it thank you! One last thing, does the buyer and seller need to be present at the same time, or at all, when I bring the agreements to the attorney ?

I am new to wholesaling in Connecticut, could anyone give me some advice to start? Near the end of the deal when I have a buyer, how should I go about making sure the money is properly distributed legally? I was also told I need to hire a lawyer now in Connecticut, if anyone could give me some advice I would appreciate it very much.
