So I have a buddy that owns a mortgage company based out of Utah. If in need of funding I can use his company correct? Or does the company have to be based out of Washington? I ask because I worked there trying to learn the ropes and I remember dealing with people out of state.. just trying to know as much as I can moving forward... 

I’ve been reading a lot about it trying to find the answer and you just answered my question. Thank you. If you were in my shoes working a full time job in the union as a journeyman concrete finisher how would you approach your 1st investment? It seems like you know a lot of this business and I would love to have the knowledge you do. If I could be directed in the right direction I would be so grateful..

How can I find a list of foreclosures in my area? 

Does is matter if a mortgage broker is based out of Utah and I’m in Seattle can I still use them ?
