At least 20 to start.  I currently make $2250/wk at work, but am gone all week. I can move into a position that would have me home daily, but that would be a $750/wk pay cut.  I'm assuming I'd need to be available to deal with issues sooner than in 3-5 days if I own any rental properties, so I'd need to be able to replace that lost income from my current employer at least to start.

I'm looking forward to meeting some local people and discussing my plans and ideas.  I've had a good conversation with one local member already.

I've been watching the YouTube videos for a while and finally decided to join here.

I've been a truck driver for over 13 years and am looking at getting into rental properties as a way out of the trucking lifestyle.

With my current schedule having me gone all week, I'm thinking I'll have to start out with large multifamily investments in order to supplement my income.  I'd be taking a sizable pay cut to be home daily.

I'm here mainly looking for advice and support on choosing my first property/ies

I'm looking forward to seeing what all you community has to offer!
