Hey great story just curious how you actually started you saved money from work I mean at 20 years old there isn't much time in the work field how are you paying for and managing rehabs? Hard money ? Savings? Loan? Thanks in advance

looking for a decently priced property manager or someone willing to handle complaints and communication for my 3 rental properties one is 4 unit one is a double up down and one is a single. I'm looking to grow and expand my business and am hands on but need help with daily activities. Thanks in advance for any suggestions

correct I'm a new licensed salesperson but have prior experience with finding and doing my own real estate deals. My issue was there aren't too many local agents willing to go the extra mile and work with investors or properties at the lower price range due to lower commissions. So now I'm also looking to fill that void I don't mind putting in multiple  offers or taking the time to find and show investors properties even in rougher areas. But I plan on working residential up to four units once I have more experience with commercial then perhaps move into doing both. Thanks sorry if I got off track

looking for advice from real estate agents for a newbie. I been an investor and landlord but just completed my real estate license and got a job with realty usa. Just curious as to best ways to get leads and start out? Thanks
