Is there a centralized location to search for or standardized process to buy foreclosures in the Reno area?

Hi Im a relatively new investor having house hacked a four unit, managed one single family rental and I also built and lived in a tiny house for a couple years. Im interested in BRRRR and getting into commercial multifamily and potentially picking up a mobile home park. I would like to buy some farmland at some point and am interested in international markets. Im also interested in green renovation and alternative building that not only provides housing for people but also takes care of the planet. Passive house, straw bale, earthships... Any one else into sustainable rentals?
