Hi Preeti, 

Canada is a big place made of hundreds of markets. There are some going up and some going down at all times. 

I'm in the London area and everything from here and west shows only signs of high demand and low inventory. There's a massive rental property shortage. Prices are rising very steadily here, and so are rents.

I'm sure there's many other areas in Ontario and Canada that are rising due to local factors, too.

No, this event isn't live streamed or anything. We are all about great face to face conversation.
