Post: Books on starting and managing a real estate partnership?

I'm looking for a book (but blogs/videos are also great) on specifically starting/managing a business partnership. I have a stellar track record of owning/managing STR's and need investors to scale my business. The only way I see doing that is by starting partnerships. Unfortunately, most of what I find is about investing in other's partnerships, not creating the management (non-cash) side. Any direction pointing would be appreciated. Thank you!

@William Beck I see that you mentioned The Poconos. Somewhere else I saw the occupancy rates are (or at least were) low. You would recommend buying there for STR's?

Ok. Then how is an offer written?

If I get a list of off-market properties from a wholesaler or investment firm, I still need my own realtor, right? And if so, will the commissions still come from the sellers?

Hi everyone! I'm a new investor looking for my first multiplex property in the Midwest or South. I have plenty of cash for down and improvements. Also looking for great connections. Feel free to connect and send any properties you have my way. Cheers!

Post: Any bank statement loans still available?

We were in the middle of buying a house in March when everything fell apart in the world. We have to get a back statement loan because we're business owners and our taxes say we make a lot less than we actually do.

One day, our mortgage guy said that all bank statement loan companies stopped doing loans for now and he'll get back to be eventually when they restart. We're getting tired of waiting. Does anyone know of any bank statement loans that are actually being funded right now?
