@Doug Smith Thank you for taking the time to respond and provide your roadmap. I have not flipped a property before, but have my eye on a few and am leaning on going that route.  I am currently building a personal property, and doing most of the GC work.  I've met and formed a good business relationship with several subs, so maybe that is an option down the road.

As a part of my real estate investment strategy, I am exploring the possibility of building and selling new construction homes.  I am looking to connect with anyone who is using this strategy as well as looking for some ideas where I can source information on using this strategy.  Any information would be much appreciated.

Hello. I am looking to connect and speak with an investor friendly agent in the Kentucky Lake/Lake Barkley area. If you or someone you know is an agent in this area, please let me know. My focus is on STR's. In studying this area, I am trying to understand the investment approach with this primarily being a seasonal location.
