I've been down in Jupiter for ~13 years since I finished school in Ohio.  I do the majority of my investing up in Ohio with my brother, but do have a few properties locally here as well.  In addition to real estate I also work with my best friend who owns a commercial GC business in Jupiter.  I don't think you will find a better place to call home than the Gardens/Jupiter area.  If you want to reach out to a realtor I highly recommend Jeremy Howard who owns Inlet Properties https://inletprops.com/   Their office is in Jupiter right by Square Grouper.  I'm sure Jeremy would be more than willing just to sit down and chat about the area.  If you have any questions or ever want to meet up when you are in the area feel free to reach out.

My brother and I invest in Canton and North Canton, Ohio.  My brother lives in North Canton and thus far he has been completing all renovations/repairs for us.  We are getting to a point where we need to start hiring out these tasks more and more.  Wondering if anyone is willing to share their contractor/handyman recommendations?

No handy man yet.  We have a few regular companies we call for maintenance issues and we have a family friend who is older and helps with misc. tasks.  Still looking for a good handy though that could handle multiple trades.

@Michael Garrett Good to meet you.  I'm still trying to figure out if there is an existing meet-up in the area.  If not, I will definitely try to spark up enough interest to start one.  Feel free to reach out anytime you need anything.  Would love to chat or help direct you to any resources needed for a deal.

@Jon Huber Appreciate the welcome.  I get the notices you send out for the Delray meet up and will definitely plan to get down.  I looked up Josh McAllister for the PBG meet-up but didn't see him on BP.  Do you happen to have any other info on the PBG meet-up?

I discovered Bigger Pockets a few years ago and finally decided to become a Pro. I work for a small commercial General Contractor in Jupiter, but my passion lies in real estate.  I started with live in fix and flips and moved on to buy and hold properties.  I have a few properties here in Florida and have several properties in Canton, Ohio which I invest in with my brother.  I love learning about all real estate strategies and look forward to doing more deals.  I recently completed the 63 hour sales associate course and am waiting on my opening to take the state test.  

I know there is a meet up in Delray, but does anyone know if there are any North Palm Beach groups that meet near the Palm Beach Gardens or Jupiter area?  It is always great to meet other investors and I enjoy being able to help out others who share the same interest in real estate.  There is nothing better than being able to provide guidance to someone in the same position you once stood!

Hi All!  My brother and I manage several single family rentals in Canton, Ohio.  We are looking for recommendations on a handy man in the area.  I'm located in Florida, but my brother is local in North Canton.  We are looking for a recommendation for someone reliable to call from time to time when necessary.  

We are always looking to make new contacts with contractors so if anyone happens to have other recommendations (any trade) we like to give local contractors business.
