@Joshua Janus Are you guys still finding homes with good cashflow in that market? Probably few and far between if you're looking to hit double digit ROI, ya?

Just pickin' everyone's brains! What areas are you eyeing for good cashflow now...but expecting big growth in the next 10 years?

Hey all! Just starting out my OOS portfolio in Minn. Looking to create a solid network. Hit me up if you'd like to chat.

P.S I am in need of a PM if you know one!

Thanks all! It does appear that there is some staff supporting each PM.

Leasing agent

Maintenance Coordinator/Maintenance Team

Underwriting Team

We just vetted a company for property management that mentioned each PM has a book up to 200 doors. This seems like a LOT but I have no context.

Can BP provide any insights?

Hello! I am investing in the Detroit Area and I need some insights on some of the various property managers out there. I have attempted to contact a few and have had no luck at all.

Could you please DM me if you have any insight you could provide?

@James Hamling Thanks so much for this. Super informative and helpful

@Carlos Ptriawan What is the best way to gauge tenant quality, outside of trusting a PM's thoughts?
