We have decided to do townhouses since we can not build that many apartments due to the zoning. The townhomes will be 3 bed 2 bath with drive under garages.

Hey everyone, I have started working with an engineer that is currently doing a preliminary plan. I’m very familiar with people at the city since I build here as well. It seems to be more viable to build the units and sell them individually unless I have a investor that is looking to buy it completely.

Hello I currently own a property that is zoned r-6. It is undeveloped besides waste water run off and retention ponds. I was going to try to convert it to commercial for a quick flip but it’s currently the land in city left that is r-6. By this code we can build up to 18 apartments or townhomes. Im a licensed contractor here in Georgia. But I mainly do single family homes. I’m looking to get some advice on what all goes into building apartment complexes and is this a viable option for the land I own. I purchased the property for $96k. It’s right off of the interstate so I think it’s a great location. Any ideas will help thank you!

Okay thank You for all the help. I have reached out to short term shop and I’m waiting for response. Do they have any type of Airbnb regulations?

Good afternoon,

Im matt and i live in the Atlanta area. Im a local real estate investor with a couple properties and a licensed contractor as well. Im thinking about investing in some airbnbs in Orlando FL in the next couple weeks to months once I finish a duplex remodel im working on. Does anyone have any advice on the Disney area as well as a reputable agent that knows about STRs? Any help would be appreciated!
