Hello all, 

My name is Matthew and I am new to BP and also the real estate industry.  I have worked in the legal and business affairs industry for major studios, as well as solo practitioners for the past 7 years.  I am looking for a new career path and the real estate industry is very appealing to me.  I am currently taking courses at Santa Monica Community College Extension to become a licensed real estate agent. 

I am looking for any type of meetup group, panels, presentations or mentors who I can potentially shadow to learn the in-and-outs of this industry. 

I am here to really just LEARN as much as I possibly can.  I listen to the BP podcasts every morning on my commute to work.  My long term goals are to acquire properties for B&H to generate rental income.   

I am in the Los Angeles Market and look forward to meeting/hearing from you all!
