When starting out wholesaling where would be the best place to find a very reliable contract? What would this contract look like? What should it all have in it regarding certain terms etc.

@Christopher Petrillo Are you members to any clubs or social groups that help you connect with other investors as well? Do you think that would be a great way of starting out?

@Kerry Noble Jr I am looking more single family(since don't have the money for multiunit yet.) or wholesaling at the moment. I know working for a company would be a great way to get myself connections but also first hand experience.

I am looking to learn more about real estate investing by actually doing. When it comes to learning I’ve learned that people learn best by getting their hands dirty. If there are any full time opportunities to help and learn I would love to help. In the long run I want to be able to soak up as much information for as long as I can. Thanks in advance for any responses!

Thanks for the reply Melissa! I really want to try and focus a lot of my efforts toward the investing side of real estate. Learning how the process works and being able to help find deals for people etc. It will take time as all good things do. Luckily for me I look forward to the days of learning!
