Hello BP'ers!

I have been investing in real estate on and off over the last couple decades and am now focused on doing it full time. I have a team of multiple realtors, contractors, and investors and am interested in establishing relationships with wholesalers.  Looking for referrals, advise, direction etc.

Thanks is advance for any input.

@Nicole Obregon Big negatory for me. Pretty black and white. Especially in the rental market in my area. There’s plenty of better candidates out there.

Hello BPers, So I’ve created an LLC (on my own) and am 1/2 way through my first flip and thinking I need a cpa that’s a bit more versed in real estate. Can anyone provide recommendations/referrals in the Salt Lake area? Thanks!!

Thank you. I just want to set appropriate expectations. Retirement is a big focus moving forward.

Hello BP’ers,

I'm new to BP but not entirely new to REI. I've owned rentals and vacation property but lost it all in an ugly divorce. I'm now 48 years old and starting over with not a lot in the bank. I hear a lot of success stories here but most of them are from young folks with MANY years of wealth building ahead of them. I would love to hear success stories of folks who started from scratch in their late 40's - early 50's.
