@ Kelly I have about $60k equity in my California house and I just bought my Washington house in June 2017 on a conventional loan. I moved due to work.

@David Seale California property doesn't make me any money. I'm having to put in about $100 per month right now. My mortgage is $1385 and my renter pays $1500. So by the time I pay my property manager & gardener, I'm upside down $100.

@Bryan Pham I'd like to retire sometime in this life. Lol. I want to be with my family as much as possible. I know it's a big dream but I also know it's not impossible.

Hello, My Names Matt. I'm new to BP. I've always been fascinated with real estate and have always wanted to get involved. I'm looking for advice and tips on how to get started. I live in Washington state in a house I'm buying and I also have a rental in California. I want to get into multi family complexes in the future but I'm tight on cash. Any advice would be great. Thanks.
