@Paige Roberts so sorry to hear about your inherited property. I’d follow the process of eviction in the article @Karl B. just posted. You can have them out within the month. Another thing to begin thinking about is what to do once you get the tenants out. Do you sell it for a discounted price OR do you Invest some money Into It... Where is your property located?

@Elenis C. - just curious, why are you pursuing the HELOC verses a cash out refinance? I am in a simlilar place - significant amount of equity in a property and would like to get it out to purchase the next deal.

@Wade Rustici - let me know if these are still available. 

Am I the only one who would like to have the BP calculators available on the iPhone / iPad apps, not just the computer version? I think it could be helpful when viewing a property in person the crunch the numbers right there vs. having to go back to my office. Especially the Rehab Costs Estimator. Am I missing something?
