I currently have one duplex that I rent out one side of and my mom lives in the other. I'm looking for a CPA to help me navigate the tax laws and potentially set up an LLC. Does anyone have a recommendation in the area?

Good morning! I just recently purchased a multi-unit property that I will be house hacking and wanted to post to the BP community if anyone had any referrals for CPAs in Texas or CPAs anywhere in the US that has worked with investors using the house hacking strategy. Would also love to make connections with other former or current house hackers on here as well.

I am a little reserved about using remote accountants, have others had favorable experience with accountants in other states, who own rentals in New Mexico?

Hey guys! I am looking for a CPA who can help my taxes! 

I know I should find a CPA a long time ago, but I was able to survive with my tiny knowledge I got from my school so far. 

However, I am getting a partnership for a new house which will be an Airbnb, and this is taking me to the area I have absolutely no idea how to file my tax.

I am married, and my wife and I both have W2 jobs. I also have LLC and a few properties with both long-term and Airbnb business.
