Looking for lenders who can work with us on rehab properties from Livingston County to the Lansing area of Michigan.  Anyone have a good recommendation that can get financing faster than 6 months?  Much appreciated!

Hi Soh,

Is the MileIQ app good for tracking everything taxes related like all expenses put into properties/business or more just for mileage?  Looking for something that will help me turn everything over to my CPA that is free to use.  Thanks!

Nathan and Stacy I appreciate you both giving input!  I will do the prize method for sure!  Stacy, she isn't worried about money at ALL which is the thing... I spend a lot of time already in my W2 and do well... She looks at these houses as more time away from her and our two little kids of which I adore all three of them, but am trying to fast track us to an easier life out of the rat race... She says I will never be satisfied regardless of hitting my 50 unit/property goal and we would be set for life in the lifestyle we have created and NOT have to work ever again!  So yes, from a spouses perspective who doesn't worry about me providing for the family as that will never be an issue (driven people are always successful), but creating a side hustle that will set us (or more or less me) from having to work as she works 24/7 homeschooling our kids and managing our lives outside of my work, obviously involves time!  I have to make money in my W2 to pay the bills for now of course, but I will have a heart attack by age 50 if I keep running as hard as I do to sustain our lifestyle, retirement goals, ect... R.E. is the way out and I can fast track us while we have money, are younger (in 30s), have the knowledge, ect... Sorry for the long reply!

Hello Bigger Pockets,

How do you convince your wife/spouse to keep buying when you have purchased your first two properties in 6 months? First property was a BRRRR and doing really well. Spent a lot of time on the first which took time from family of course on top of my W2. 2nd property closing on in two weeks and is already turn key as I promised her the next few would be more turn key. We have money to purchase more! Goal is to have two at least two more by the end of the year and opportunities are already arising while interest rates of lower! Thanks everyone for any advise and or experience!
