@Brie Schmidt, didn't want to go on here and bad mouth anyone, I have no option now @Matthew Olszak is our current property manager, he disappeared on me and my tenants over a month ago, he collected rents and only deposited half.  We've tried everything to get him to respond to us with no luck.  

He can keep the rents that he collected, we just need documentation from him to be able to proceed with new management.

Have a triplex needing mgmt ASAP, current property manager is non responsive

Have pre approval for $300k and in need of a investor knowledgeable realtor in the Little Village or Summit,IL area of Chicago. Will be in need of a 2-3 multi family unit.
