@Latrece Flowers my main goal is to buy & hold enough properties to net cash flow $5,000 per month.  I'm looking for a good PM in Columbus, as I don't want to self manage.  I'm also looking into wholesaling and flipping too.

Hi Robert, yes im speaking of methods that don't require credit or any/much money to acquire.  Subject to, land contract, lease options & wholesaling could fit in this category I believe.  Do you have any knowledge or experience with these methods working in the Columbus area?
