I’m looking to acquire management contracts from Property Managers or Agents who currently have residential management agreements. If you want to sell off all or part of your portfolio, please call me! Most interested in East Dallas, Rockwall area. Thank you

I agree with Jimmy, house hacking is the way to start. Then move into long-term. Good luck!!

I would consider your long-term goals. If you have a long time horizon, I would not be worried about $200 a month (as long as you can afford it). I don’t know your exact situation, but I expect principal paydown and appreciation to cover the $200 and still give you a nice gain.

I recommend investing in the area where you live and trying out house hacking—it’s a practical way to dip your toes into real estate! But if you’re considering moving, I have to say I’m a fan of Dallas. It has an awesome job market, which is bringing in a lot of new residents, and that keeps the demand for housing up. Plus, the cost of living is pretty reasonable compared to other major cities.
