@Carley M. Would love this tip sheet! Having trouble seeing it. I should qualify for the max loan amount for a 4 unit in the DC area so looking to start the search and buying process. Also, hoping to get intel on the Reno process

Have any of you leveraged NACA 1st time home buying program to purchase a multi unit to then refi out to meet the requirements of not living there any more? Any general advice regarding taking this approach?

Hey Team- I'm trying to better understand the VA Funding Fee. Any insight is helpful. Trying to think through if it makes sense to put more down to prevent from paying. Thanks!
