are a lender not to far from where I'm located. I checked your website out.

Here are a couple of things I could not find on your site I was interested in.

1. What is your loan limit?

2.  I don't see a branch in Indiana how would I go about getting loans for Indianapolis?

Thanks in advance.

Hi, My name is Mastewal (pronounced "mast-a-wall") Gezahegn (pronounced like design with a G). Now that we got that figured out. I had a couple questions I was hoping the brilliant posters on here could help me with.

1. If I am pre-approved for a 200k home but If decide to buy a duplex worth 150k would I be able to use the remaining 50k for some TLC.

2. If so are can you think of any pros and cons to this method?

Post: Is it a good idea to buy my first property out of state ?

I am working with my PM for an evaluation of what needs to be done to get it rented. The comment on out of state was because you lose first hand transparency into on the ground aspects of renting it quickly.

Sounds like the price is to high or the PM is not marketing correctly. Is the PM getting paid regardless of the property is vacant or not?
