The type of investing that piques my interest the most has been coined the Straight Path System to real estate investing where you focus on a Short Term Buy & Hold Strategy.

Single Family, Less than 20yrs old 3bdr, 2bath, Master Plan Community within 30 miles of a Major Metropolitan Area. Insures high rents and low vacancies. Homes are ideal for Investing not Flipping.
