Thanks for the advice Michelle. I believe I've got 3.5% down, yet to house hack, and need to learn more about analyzing a property that's right for BRRRR. Need to also learn about long-distance REI.

Hello All,

I am new to real estate investing & learning as much as I can. I do have some money saved up and not sure if proceeding with auctions or distressed properties is a good way to begin. Any advice or recommendations will be highly appreciated.
