@Jaron Walling thanks for the advise. Definitely need to have all bases covered before encroaching on a potential offer.

I want to hear what your first method/experience was getting financing for your first investment/flip. This to me is the biggest obstacle to overcome when starting out. Looking for advise and recommendations, as well as to hear your experiences to decide on the next course of action regarding financing.

Thanks!

AJ,

Thanks for the reply. I have worked in construction for years, and have subcontractor coordination experience. Just seems like a lot of moving parts on my own. Something that would be challenging, yet exciting.

Looking for tips from people who have hired subcontractors/contractors for flip and fix projects. When approaching a flip/fix project, do you recommend hiring a general contractor to oversee the renovations? Or do you recommend managing the individual subcontractors yourself. If you have any experiences or knowledge let me know!

Thanks,
