Hello BP! I have secured financing and I am ready to do my first deal. What are some good areas in Minnesota to use the BRRRR method? I am hoping to connect with some other investors that have used the BRRRR method in Minnesota.

Hello,

My name is Mason, and after spending my time during Covid-19 learning and reading about real estate, I think I'm ready to get started. I am primarily interested in using the BRRRR strategy. I have multiple options to secure funding through partnerships, and I carry the how can I afford it mentality. I am reaching out to start the networking process and build relationships for the future. I'm hoping to form good business relationships with agents, property managers, and contractors. I hope this post gets the ball rolling and leads to many successful business relationships.

No notice requirement and in the lease it state that it would only go into a month to month if both parties agree to that. I have made it clear and have proof of doing so that I was not renewing the lease after the original period.

Hello,

So my tenant is supposed to be out in 2 days as his lease expires. Last night he went to jail. I'm not sure how long he will be there, but i'm not sure what I can and can't do here. He is renting a room in my personal residence and also has a cat. Any advice would be helpful! Thank you!

Nathaniel,

I want to educate myself a lot better before I dive in. One year is just a deadline, once I feel I'm confident that I know enough to be successful I will be looking to find my first property.
