We are rookie investors looking to buy a lake house. We suspect there will be a bidding war.

What can we do/offer to make our offer more enticing so that they would accept our offer over others that might have offered more?

I am also moving to Arkansas soon, not sure what area yet, but I'd love to stay in touch and share tips, etc. Good luck to you!

Woo-hoo!! Just found out I'm not working this year's bpcon! I can actually go, if I want to! But I'd like to hear from small, rookie investors! Would you go again? What did you get out of it, considering you were just starting out? I want to hear all the things!

We are looking to buy our first multi-family property, a 6-plex! We have a tour scheduled for tomorrow to look at it.

My question is, does someone have a checklist or something that I can kinda go by tomorrow? So I don't forget everything I'm supposed to look for when I arrive at the property!

Thanx in advance!

@Jonathan Pavkov

At the moment I need tax prep, so #2. But maybe more tax planning in the near future, #3!

What questions do I ask a CPA or CFP?

I have been questioning our current tax preparer for a while now. We were notified less than a week ago that our 2020 taxes are now done! Why has it taken this long? I realize 2020 was horrible but we don't have much besides our W2s and house! I think I need to start asking more questions!
