Hi Andrew :) Thank you for replying. The area I live in has so much potential. Smaller Rancher houses on about .5 acres. I see a couple have been Renovated and resold. One has over grown grass and is vacant, and another just went up for sale and is a REO. A neighbor of mine owns a Windows Company and he has been Adding onto his house this past week a 2nd Story. We're outside of city limits but only by a few miles.

Hagerstown is booming with Rentals from what I see. Is that what you are doing? Fix to rent or flipping them? Feel free to email me...
