I understand what you are nyc market is a bit much at the moment

i was looking at homes in nyc but honestly anywhere that I would be able to make positive cashflow i would take the time to go there. I was thinking new jersey or Philadelphia

looking to start real estate development   buying fixing and renting . I have watch tons of videos on youtube i am currently living in new york city where housing market is really expensive . I do not mind going to another state to start out  in the market

i would purchase 1 or 2 properties in an up and coming area that i could hold and then rent for cash flow each month . I am not from the area so i am not too familiar with the city it self . I am from new york and i am willing to move to area for a few months if i have to do so .
