Well, @RI N. trust your gut, ask more questions (sounds like you're peeling back layers of the onion, and giving me some good insight). Is there a tenant/lease in place or lined up? Keep me posted, would like to hear how this plays out. Good luck.

@Christopher Silich I am open to different markets, and right now targeting homes around $50K. I want to hold long term, so will definitely look into the market's demo trends and economy. Congrats on the new addition (assuming that's a new profile picture). Are you finding decent opportunities in GA?
