Hello,
I recently purchased a new built home in Glendale, AZ as an investment property. Currently looking for tenant. I got few requests to rent but they want to run transitional home business. I never rented my houses to for this purpose. They are ready to pay above listed price and saying they can take care of maintenance issues.  I am concerned to rent due to nature of business and worried they might damage the property and also might get complaints from neighbors etc. 
Any guidance on renting to transitional housing purpose? What should I look for? Or should I avoid this and rent out to families?
