My market, my country are currently impossible to expand, a property here in my home town sells for about 100K us dollars, and the rent on that property is 150 to 200 us dollars tops, we have an anual total of taxes of 45% of that income, the same is more or less all over the country. So we are looking to protect our money in another country, we know the bussines, property managment, repairs and manteinance (the way this people make money is the same there, here and in china)  buy and sell (people behind a commision don't care about your invesment, here is the same), that's why we are looking for locals, or some experience, of succesfull operations, good solid stable markets, where we can invest and grow. The insight provided here about detroit, was really usefull and now we are looking Houston, Austin, Dallas. Anyone in the area we will be forever in debt with you for your knowledge.-

Do you recomendo markets like Dallas, Houston or Austin Texas? I welcome every one of your reply and your insight is really usefull. For what i read online it seems those citys are more stable.-

Hello Im Martin from Argentina, i manage a family real state bussines, we are dedicated to rental property, and we want to invest in USA more precisly in Detroti MI

All information about investing in rental property will be welcomed, we found a lot of real sstate agents online, but we are afraid of spending our savings, in property that maybe in the future wont have a tenant or the rental prices wont be as advertised. Is there a bubble in detroit? We found a los of people talking online about the low prices of houses and the good rental prices.

Some insight coming from a landlord in the area will be ideal, some reality and less selling.

Would you recomend another city or another state perhaps.

thank you biggerpockets community.
