Is there any investors that will invest into GA

Is there any wholesalers in San Antonio Texas that are looking for people to help them or even looking to mentor somebody. I’m still getting used to this and having 0 luck at the wholesale side of real estate.

Looking at my first foreclosure property a little under 90k market value. How do you approach this with a cash buyer? What the best way to approach this with the listing agent?

@Jonathan Greene that’s a good way to go about it. I mean since I’m new to the wholesale market I’m still learning on what type of owners I would like to help out.

I do have 1 buyer that said he's willing to do any type of home for the right price and sub2 properties. So, I'm getting ready to go to a REI meet up in January only one I've found so far that will be recent. I would like to have a decent list of buyers before I start getting into finding homes.

@Allan Smith so i have, I’ve read the book “If you can’t whole sale after this” by Todd M Fleming.

I personally just like seeing what’s been a successful one for almost people. Right now. As far as my marketing goes. I’m using Craigslist, PropStream post cards and skip tracing, as well as, Facebook.

I haven’t put money into FB yet, just because i don’t want to throw money away until i kind of have an idea to who i want to market.

When it comes to marketing, what has been some of y'alls favorite form of marketing as a wholesaler?
