Good evening Andrew and thank you so much for the welcome words and for the advice I will for sure keep on reading some books on real estate. And I haven't really thought about investing just yet outside of Houston but I am not opposed to the idea. I'd love to hear more about your journey and about the market in Central TX. And once again thank you for welcoming me to bigger pockets and for the advice as to how to get my toes in the water. I will definitely be doing a lot of reading and studying to hopefully be able to land my first deal and keep the journey going.

Hello everyone My name is Martin Vargas, 29 years old and new to Bigger Pockets. I've recently become interested in real estate investing and currently live in Houston, TX. I have no experience and I am looking to hopefully purchase and rehab my first property sometime in the near future any advice you guys might have would be gladly welcome and much appreciated.
