there is some plex sale by the police at very low cost that I can pay cash or with a very small mortgage. A lot of them need to be renovate. There is also a lot of plex in small town at low cost too but still ready to rent. What is your experience with far away rental from where you live? Does it worth buying or I might just deal with a lot of trouble?

thanks to you guys. I might try to sell the project to the banks buy doing some chalets to rent at first to get the project running then get a bigger land later to expand

Any tips on how can I get a loan for my project. I bought a land in the past but I had to do everything cash because bank dont want  to finance. I would like to keep some of the land for another project too. I mean rent chalets and space for camping/fishing and kayak.

Hi any tips on how  to get finacing for that kind of projects? Buying land is difficult because banks don't finance. I bought a land cash before but banks would not take the land for a mortage too so do I have to make everything cash ?

The thing is I have to pay anyway to rent. And yeah this look like a bit stupid for a question but this is more about the  opportunity to rebuilt my credit. Maybe Their is better ways to do that

Hi everyone, I need some feedback about this. Their is a duplex to sell and the guy give me the downpayment to buy with de bank. The thing is the deal is not good it is too expensive but monthly the income cover the cost. Ok I rebuilding my life and my credit after a divorce so could it be a good option for me consedering I will live there too? It could be my first house since the divorce. I should have an other deal like this next year too.

@Kenneth Garrett thanks a lot guys yes i am zoned to make this and if I want I can do a duplex or a triplex with this house too. It is just rental rooms or in big demand here at Val-d'Or because of the mine workers and students. The house is already divised to be ideal for that so I get a minimum of rehab to begin with
