Interesting... I have grown up in Washington.  My parks are there.  You planning Tenant Owned Homes or Park Owned Rentals?  Given your beautiful location what is the status in the area for long term RV?  Those tiny homes are cute to look at but wickedly expensive.

We will do both, depends on the investor we work with, how fast they want their money back. We will for sure buy some and sell them or rent to buy option. There are a few ideas we are working with.

There are plenty of RV parks around, but not enough, most are full year around, as far as I now we got some pretty pricy parks around here, specially the ones close to the river, $700-$1000 per spot per month, if you can get in.

That's a valid point, we have not finished the design or infrastructure layout yet. We are outside city limits, so we could do septic, but close enough to hook up to the city sewer line. In the long run it would help to hook up to the city, that way we have more spots for cottages, which will generate more revenue over time. We will know more when we meet with the building department and City.

We have a project meeting with the county on May 8th where we discuss details. No, it's not approved yet, we are just getting all the details together from all the different department.

We do have power from the city and water from the city which we can access easy and set up transformers and water hook ups, we might have two septic system installed, since the sewer line is further down the road than water and power.

I'm a General Contractor in White Salmon and purchased 4 Acre on Jackson Dr, from a local Farmer at the edge of the city. We decided that we can leverage the land the most with setting up a modern mobile home park with high end Park Models and Modular homes 400-600 sqf.

Our mission is to provide affordable, sustainable, and intergenerational living for young adults, couples, and seniors seeking a simpler, connected lifestyle without sacrificing comfort. By blending modern tiny homes with nature-focused amenities, we aim to foster a vibrant, inclusive community where residents thrive socially, economically, and environmentally.

We just installed road and are now working with the County on permits and infrastructure.

Lots to learn and happy to hear feedback from investor and developers of Mobile Home Parks.
